I guess I'm a TikTok creator now, and an independent mental health
advocate. I'm not sure what this really means yet, but what I do
know is that I still need to myself and I still need to heal. I want to show my pup Seven the best life
possible as I travel the world inpsiring others and sharing my lived experiences as a
suicide survivor. Creator of the mantra "Sit With Me" support our journey
as I show off my creativity, drive and everything that makes me unique.

I'm not sure what to say here...the cards are stacked against us and between Seven and I, she's the better bet. Yet, I am the one who is leading our charge. If you need a polished winner, it's not us. If you're looking for something to believe in and a cause worthy of doubt...well, we're definitely the underdogs...well, she is, I am still human; I think.

ABOUT US
Seven's life is less complicated then mine. But she spent the first six months of her life being transferred between one dog shelter to another until she ended up in Chicago where I adopted. I knew after she almost knocked me over and pee'd on my foot that she was mine. She's actually a big reason I'm still alive. So in reality, even though I saved her, she truly did save me.... and since we both share being adopted, we both now share an ubreakable bond.
My life is a lot more complicated... orphan, adoptee, success and failure. Been knocked down to rock bottom twice. And as a suicide survivor, I hold a special kind of life experience that has molded me in ways I never knew possible. If you want to read more, I have a whole website dedicated to my life.
